@haliniles Hi! It measures at 15.5” across with a slight bit of stretch. When I initially tried it on after purchase, I had a 33” waist and it was snug but fit and wearable. Below the high waist/smallest waist, it loosens up to about 36” and is looser through the body. Doesn’t hug lower belly. Hips are about 44” when pulled apart.
