Waist: ~ 14.5" (Accommodates a 28" waist, keeping the tailored, fitted look at the empire band). Hips: ~22" to 24"+ (Because the skirt relaxes into an A-line shape, this measurement will be significantly wider than a standard fitted hip, providing plenty of room).
