Vintage 1980's Pretty as a Picture Formal Dress in Toddler Girl's Size 18 Months. Forest Green Velvet with an off-white Peter Pan Lace Collar with Pearl Buttons and a decorative bow (The bow looks very light in this picture due to the flash from the camera, but is actually a really good match to the rest of the dress.) Very minor smudge on the back of the collar, otherwise in great condition. Armpit to armpit measures 12 inches across when laid flat. Shoulder to hem measures 16 inches.
