1988 Matchbox Pee-Wee's Playhouse Fold & Carry w/ Box VG Complete Condition READ

Clear Vinyl Covered Graphics and Sticker Decorated - Snap Closes with Vinyl Handle for a Carry Case when Folded. Features an open play area and wacky angled walls. Original instruction sheet included. All parts included per box list with exception of scooter flag. The box shows fading/surface wear and scratches. There are no missing flaps, holes, water damage, smoke or pet odor, just expected edge/corner wear from storage. This set has been in storage untouched since the early 1990's and very little play wear is noted. The only real faults I found were that the windowsill for the "Mr. Window" is stained and although it doesn't appear broken, I couldn't get it to operate right. I found nothing I could see that was broken, cracked, or worn thru. There is a scant amount of wrinkling or corner lift on some of the stickers, but the color is very good and there are no tears or missing ones that I see. The strap handle is tight and well secured, and the securing corner snaps close firmly. The playhouse is in its own large box to begin with, and it will take a larger outer box to ship it in. Carriers will include an oversized package surcharge that I have no control over. UPS is default as it generally is less expensive for large packages.
