Navy blue polka dot ruffle dress with a flowy silhouette. Very well made, I’d say mid heavy, not a drape feeling but bottom heavy. Material is semi sheer on the top portion and not on the lower. I believe this to be polyester. Size 10. 15 pit to pit 14-19 waist 24/25 hip 41 length. The pit to pit has an elastic back and can give an extra 2-3 inches of stretch.
