oceangirlmb@kathleenfarn755 Hello! It’s approximately 13“ x 14“ tall. It’s real leather and it is in my opinion more soft. It’s not a super stiff leather. I’ve had other bags like that. I think it will break in nicely and patina well. But also not super flimsy if that makes sense
