NWT SEA New York Blaire Eyelet Sleeveless Dress, size 4. Color is blue. Dress has beautiful embroidery, v-neck, back zip closure, scallop trim, and is made from 100% organic cotton. There are lots flyaway threads all over the dress because of the intricate embroidery. I took photos just to show a few examples. There is one tiny dirt spot (see photo). Measurements are approximate: Armpit to armpit - 16” Across waist (which is stretchy, but measurement taken without stretch) - 15”
