It is hand sewn in areas and hand tacked with both silk lining and silk exterior. This is from Japanese new and resell brand Yamato Kimonos and marked 100% silk inside and out. In near perfect condition, may have some tiny flaws due to age, but very minor. Though the interior tag has a newer website, this company sells high end new AND VINTAGE kimonos - which as you see here, this one is true vintage.
