@jaclynkow No these are new I buy from a big buyer who buys from name brands and also Blooming dale’s Norman Marcus and place like that . The brands cross out all labels so they know you did not buy them directly from them the brand or the store .
To get a credit or cash for them.
See all my items are new never worn and tags crossed out.
