original retail ~$200 USD. green and dark navy striped side zip high-waisted skirt with shiny golden chess piece detail from renowned Japanese lolita fashion brand Angelic Pretty. partial shirring and corset lacing in for some flexibility in adjusting waist size. removable waist ties that attach via buttons in the back. removable red bow included. skirt has built-in petticoat layer so it won't be too flat to wear as is for casual non-lolita outfits, but will require an additional petticoat for the proper silhouette in a lolita coord. fits like a US women's XS or S. measurements - waist circumference 26.5 in. (with 1.75 in. leeway due to shirring in back, can cinch smaller) - length approx 22 in. including lace purchased secondhand in excellent condition. only tried on; never worn out. stored away from sunlight in a smoke-free, cat-friendly home. mildly wrinkled but otherwise still in excellent condition; cautiously tagging as good.
