The Only Little Once Hocus Pocus Winifred Winnie Witch Costume Dress in size 4Y is a long-sleeved, purple dress made of high-quality woven cotton fabric. The dress is lined with tulle for a crisp look and has a zip closure for easy wear. The dress is overall in great shape its a high quality make, has lots of layers (not a cheap thin costume) but does have some slight discoloration (shows pink) on the large purple colorblock on the front, see the pics.
