New York & Company Black and White Printed 3/4 Sleeve Midi Dress

Black and white printed midi dress with a notched V neckline. Long sleeves and defined waist. Flowing skirt with elegant all-over pattern. Versatile piece for day or evening wear. Pit to pit is about 17.5". Waist is about 16". Waist to hem is about 22". Pit to hem is about 29.5". Fabric is stretchy and has a little give. There is some pilling near the front waist. With the pleats and the pattern, it's hard to see unless you're up close and looking for it. See pic.
