mygrant486 @amycabral11 definitely a true 14” at the waist.. they are very cute on. So I would say 28” waist .. if you are bigger they will be too tight in my opinion.

mygrant486 I hate to say this but depends on your bottom half. I will post a picture. But I am not good a self portraits. They fit perfectly then flair out.. they have mixed reviews if you read that kinda stuff.. but they are very flattering.
