drama4107@meltyner14 Thank you for writing. This dress with you being able to adjust the ties in back will adjust to a smaller size. the waist is what you usually see in a size 6 at 15". The cup size will accommodate a B to small C cup / no larger. So I think this dress would work nicely for your daughter.
