Custom-Made dress with a Stella York skirt

this dress was custom-made. it looks like they used a skirt from a Stella York dress and the top is beaded with almost a dark ivory almost champagne color skirt says a size 6. the bust is around 35 and the waist is a 28. It came from a consignment shop so it does smell like somebody with perfume tried it on.
