@wbm97 hi there, I’m a little confused about the tag because it’s not an Old Navy tag. Is this from a thrift store? I’m curious about the condition of the blouse. I don’t want to buy another blouse where the elastic is stretched a bit out of shape. So I’m just being cautious. Thanks for understanding and for your help!
