Short sleeves with lace detail at neck, sleeves and bottom hem. Summer weight cotton. Chicos Size 2 is equivalent to 12. Brand new never worn with tag still on. The reason I never wore this is because I went from Chicos 2 down to 0. It is in pristine condition. The length from shoulder to bottom hem is 39 inches.
