This is the older nylon-bodied Atom Sling, style 48259 from Fall 2013 two generations back from the current model, and built from 100% nylon rather than the recycled polyester Patagonia switched to later. People who liked the original build specifically go looking for these. 8L in a proper sling shape: asymmetrical harness that pulls the load in tight against your back, breathable mesh panel so you're not soaked through on a warm day, two zippered compartments, plus a side compression strap and bottom cinch to keep a light load from sloshing around. Coral red over deep plum, a colorway you won't find in the current lineup. Being straight about condition: the zipper pull anchors have frayed threads and the pull tabs are scuffed, one is missing.
