This shirt by talbots is a beautiful shade of orange with small white flowers with blue centers all over it. It has a very small ruffle around the neck and when the loop and button close you at the neck, it is a v-neck. The sleeves also have loop and button closures and I like that they have bands, because I'm not a fan of elastic around the upper arms. No fabric tag, but it feels as though it is almost totally rayon, or maybe a tiny bit of something else in it. Length from back neck just under ruffle to bottom back hem is 21 1/4". P2P is 21". There are small slits on each side of the bottom hem. A bright summary shirt.
