1970s 70s Vintage Dessy Creations Illusion Bodice Maxi Dress Poppy Floral #14

Dessy Creation New York Vintage 1970s light floral Icelandic Poppy Flower with Flutter sleeves, Illusion Bodice, double ruffle hemmed skirt, and a very country boho cottage open back that ties closed with two matching fabric ties. Fabric, I believe is a cotton voile. Bust illusion bodice top measure 35" Bust Underarm to underarm 36.5" Waist up to 26" Hips 40-46" Length 58.5" Bodice Length 17.25" Hook and Eye set at the top of the zipper is missing the Eye. One snag found at front right underarm area shown in 2nd to last photo And last photo shows about 1/2" length of weak seam stitches. Illusion bodice does not have straps to keep the solid fabric backing up. I think the dress relies on the wearers bust to keep the solid fabric in place. Two thread belt loops on each side seam at waist. The image on the model is for inspirational purposes, but the way the dress lays is accurate to how it lays and drapes.
