Vintage 80s Jessica Howard Glitter Leopard Print Swing Dress

Beautiful dress in awesome condition! It is really in like new condition. Small print leopard pattern with sparkles throughout. Shoulder pads that can be removed easily. It is unlined, other than a lining around the neckline which is about 3" wide under the V-neck, and 5" in back, then it goes down the sleeves. The one thing about it that bugs me, is that the lining rolls up into view in the V-neckline, as shown in the last two pics. I tried ironing and steaming, but didn't work. If I end up keeping it, I'm going to try tacking it down somehow, lol! It's a size 12, and I think it runs slightly small, between 10 & 12.
