Hi! I’m very interested in this dress and had a couple quick questions before purchasing. Could you please give me the bust and hip measurements taken flat, and confirm that the 16.5” waist measurement is taken at the actual waist seam? Also, is the halter tie at the back of the neck adjustable/tieable, or is it a fixed closure? And is there any stretch in the bodice fabric? Thank you!!!

I rechecked the measurements carefully, measuring from the inside/lining of the garment for accuracy. The bust measures 18" flat and stretches to approximately 20". The waist measures 16" flat, measured directly along the actual waist seam. The hips measure 20" flat. The halter neckline closes with two buttons and has attached ties; the closure itself is not significantly adjustable. The bodice has some stretch.
