NWT, but some small areas of what appear to be kitten punctures at the top as shown in the 4th photo. I didn't notice them until I was taking close up pics. A good size bag the top opening is about 17" but the base is 19", I've just never reached for it in my sea of bags so it's time to pass it along. I think I have the matching wallet too, if anyone is trying to have the set.
