devonsmama@jdmom1 measured flat, bust 18", waist "16, hip 19" The dress has a substantial fabric with stretch. Very forgiving and flattering with ruching in the mid section. It's gorgeous dress. Was a size too big for me and I'm a 34C, 26" waist, 36" hip, 5'5, 130 lbs. I hope this helps...
