This lightweight down jacket from Hi-Tec has a surprising color to it. Using their Color-Tec technology, they dye the down feathers with vivid, varied colors. Then quilt them into a semi-transparent nylon shell. The result is a slightly uneven but pleasing color pattern that moves with the jacket.
