Still sealed?

They came to me sealed with tape, I did undo the tape. They don’t have a seal on the inside but it doesn’t look like they had one to start with, I’m not really sure. They are both filled to the exact same level. I resealed them with tape. I truthfully don’t know if they come sealed on the inside or with plastic on the outside.
