This cover has been used but is in good condition - no stains/marks/scratches. The frame is showing through in the picture taken of the top of the cover (third picture) but there is nothing wrong with it. It comes with the EGA cap ornament and the gold buttons but NOT the chin strap; you would have to purchase that separately.
