Poshmark Counterfeit Policy

Help to keep Poshmark fake free by adhering to Poshmark guidelines, Poshmark Policy, and THE FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS. Why do I NOT support the selling of fake items? 1. It's illegal 2. It's against Poshmark Policy and Guidelines 3. It creates a bad environment for live shows. 4. I don't want to be shut down, and either should you. 5. You can go to jail and be fined. Changing the Title of your item to get past the Policy and Law doesn't make it legal or okay. Items from DH Gate, Inspired by, VIP, Luxury Inspired, Designer Inspired ALL FIT THE CATEGORIES OF FAKE AND COUNTERFEIT ITEMS. Inspired by items have a name/logo, etc, of an actual brand but, in fact, were not made by that brand. It's essentially a fancy term for counterfeit that many sellers are using, and it is still illegal. Ignorance of the law or Poshmark Policy will not protect you from being shut down, banned, or from going to jail. Protect yourself by not including and involving yourself with this. I will not support any of this in my show.
