Absolutely stunning vintage 80s 90s black velvet velour evening formal dress. Features a slit up the front and gorgeous choker gems with a neck cape. Sweetheart neckline with delicate straps (it does have additional straps for hanging in the closet.) This is a size L but I would guess it’s more of a medium. There’s stretch in the material. Rough measurements: From top of bust to bottom of dress, 45 inches long. Laid flat bust is 14.5 inches, waist is 13.5 inches, hips are 17 inches. 85% polyester 15% Lycra.
