Just wow!!!! This piece is a show stopper. Peep the Made in USA Garment Workers Union Tag. Beautiful details in the fabric, pleat accents. Gathered sleeves with thin shoulder padding. Unlined. Flaws as pictured - tiny stain to back, hook eye close missing eye, tiny pinpricks by back zipper and a loose thread. It does have belt loops but no belt.
