Rare Vintage Youthcraft Gray Wool Long Button Front Coat with Belt, Medium

The hem has been let out at the bottom so this coat needs to be hemmed by a professional seamstress. There is some black marks on the inside lining. They may come out with dry cleaning. I have not had it cleaned but the coat looks clean other than these marks. It has one loose button as shown in last photo that needs to be resewn. 18" pit to pit laying flat 39" to the fold that should be the bottom of the hem - 43" with the hem let out.
