Yeah, I bought them at an 8/10, they were a tiny bit loose then, I’m a 6/8 now and I can’t wear them anymore. Definitely get a small in these, maybe an extra small depending on how small your hips and waist are.

Not sure of the exact measurements, I don’t have a way to measure handy. Website says it fits waist 28-30 and hip 38-40
