Beautiful chiffon ruffled dress with an elasticized bodice and tie at the neck line. V-neck and a beautiful dramatic back. The sleeves are sheer chiffon, and it does have a layer throughout the body. The waist is fully elasticized and measures 15 inches across. The bus is about 19 inches but it is a deep neck so it’s a little difficult to measure. This is about 2 inches above my ankle ankles on my 5 foot seven frame. It’s a perfect Practical Magic witchy vibes dress for the late summer early fall.
