Genuine vintage Takahashi San Francisco lacquerware tray set featuring the iconic psychedelic turquoise mushroom design on avocado green with gold trim. Set includes one large rectangular serving tray and five matching small square trays/coasters — great for a bar cart, vanity, jewelry catchall, or display. Original Takahashi “Made in Japan” oval label intact on the reverse of at least one piece (see photos). Classic 1970s mid-century modern mushroom motif, highly collectible groovy kitchen decor. Normal vintage wear — light surface scratching and a couple small chips at the corners of the largest tray (see close-up photos), no cracks or major damage. Backs are black lacquer, tops are the glossy avocado/turquoise print. Large tray measures approximately 15” x 9”. Small trays measure approximately 8” x 5.5” each (see ruler photos). Smoke-free home.
