Vintage 1995 Laundry by Shelli Segal dragon fly dress. Dragon flys are embroidered on the mesh silk overlay, grey lining under mesh. High neckline with halter style look, cut out in back. Button and snap closure on back and zipper. A great vintage staple. Size 2, waist laying flat measures 13 inches, hips measure 15 inches.
