Dr Martens ~ Women’s Size 6 U.S. / Men’s 4.5 U.S. These are Dr. Martens’ 1461 black velvet shoes featuring a unique contrast between a shiny patent leather toe cap and a shiny strip down the back of each shoe and a soft velvet upper. The signature yellow welt stitching around the sole is present. The sleek contrast textures makes for a very modern look that could easily dress up any look or be worn with something casual. They have a few minor scuffs, mostly from storage, but there is one notable scratch on the toe of the right shoe (see circled area in picture), maybe a quarter inch white scratch or scuff. There is no damage to any of the velvet or sole or insole, or anything else except the scuffs that can be polished and one scratch. Any other areas on the shoes that look like scratches are the shiny patent leather reflecting the light. This design typically comes with ribbon laces but my daughter preferred thin black durable shoelaces.
