Guessing this piece started off as a lightweight jacket (?) in the late 90s or early 2000s. It has a variety of fabulous graphics scattered over it, some of which are embellished with dimensional shiny dots looking like rhinestones. One very retro sleeve graphic has groovy flowers & the numeral “89”; another says “Surfer Girls Only” just as a couple examples. Striped ribbed cuffs remain at the bottom of each sleeve. The ribbing from around the waist has been removed & could be re-attached or become a groovy headband or choker. Whatever closure had been on the front placket has also been removed & is not included (please zoom in on photos to see; shows up very well in the video). These two pieces (buyer receives the “jacket” & “waistband”) would provide some great graphics to be incorporated into another project, reconstructed/upcycled, or it could be used as is in this deconstructed state.
