overholt98@tifflery Hi! Yes, this is the small! I can't do the mini size so I have a few smalls and still have one Office size (listed separately,., the Rocky one in the last pic of this listing). The crossbody strap is fixed ... for some reason all the smalls I have from Satchel have fixed length straps!

It's the same as "goldenrod" from Rough & Tumble. But I would suggest sharing a photo of this bag with the folks at Satchel and they could confirm for you!
