TEAZE ME SZ 7 Green/Ivory Ruffle Tulle Sleeveless Cocktail Dress

Stunning, sweet above the knee length party/prom/homecoming/wedding dress being offered! This gorgeous dress is a beautiful pastel green color.  The top above the waste has a form fitting champagne/ivory colored illusion lace bodice that wrap the shoulder tightly (almost like a tank top), and the plunging bustline under the lace is sweetheart cut.  The skirt flares out a little bit but is soft and rests on the hips, and is a solid seafoam green skirt with english netting over it, sewn and gathered to look like ruffles.  The ruffles are not scratchy or stiff; english netting is soft, loose and a little "stretchy".  There is a champagne colored ribbon that ties around the waste, which you can tie in the back or to the side.  The dress zips open and closes in the back.
