Excellent used condition Farm Rio red and white skirt with blue toucan bird applique. Will fit size small or medium. Waist is elastic and has good stretch. Waist 13” lying flat before stretch. Total length 31”. Very hard to find!!!! Good condition. Only flaw I could find is small discoloration on bottom right of front of skirt. Shown in last pic.
