Hey, It is exactly 27” to the bottom hem and not one bit more. My apologies for such a late message I was still working. I have not printed label yet I will wait to see if you still would want it. It’s a gorgeous vest and very well done. Inner pockets are dreamy soft, but if you needed more than 27” it would not be what you want.
