Very pretty button up with flutter ruffles on the arms. This blouse is total sheer. Buttons up the front and ties in a bow at the neck. Runs true to size. The sleeves are thickly banded so it's never too long. In perfect condition with no picks or runs. Black is hard to photograph bc it shows even the finest dust not seeable until you view the picture!
