Vintage. I purchased this ensemble 30 years ago on Haight and Ashbury Street in San Francisco.
38 in. From top of waist to the bottom of the pant leg.
Waist measures 14.5 inches.
From crotch to bottom of pant leg is 28 inches
Top/vest is 13.5 inches wide
From top of snap that goes around neck to the end of the vest is 15 inches.. like an extra small
