Rare vintage rhinestone brooch is a figural heron or waterbird, likely dating from the 1930s to 1940s.
Key Characteristics & ConstructionMaterials: It features a base metal setting (often pot metal or silver-tone metal) densely paved with clear, round-cut chaton rhinestones.
Accents: The piece is finished with distinct yellow-orange cold enamel detailing on the long beak and webbed feet.
Design: The articulation of the rhinestone-studded strands mimics the long, elegant feathers and curved posture of a wading waterbird.
Please review all photos carefully as they are part of the description. I cannot confirm if all stones are original as this piece was acquired at a Minneapolis estate sale. The enamel is in very good condition. Sold as is, non-refundable and non-returnable. There is only one other similar item online and it is listed at $274! This is your chance to to own this very rare brooch. !
