Vintage 90s/Y2K Tiered Burgundy Velvet Tafetta Whimsigoth Bohemian Skirt M

Vintage skirt with tiers of burgundy stretch velvet and taffeta. Labelled a size small, but I think a medium would fit as well. Waist: 27", will stretch to 32" or.so comfortably. Length 33" Content label says "95% Cotton/5% Elastane", but I don't think that's correct. Both of these fabrics seem to be synthetic. Probably a polyester blend. The seams on the inside of the skirt have not been overlocked, so there is some light fraying on the taffeta on the inside seams. Made in Italy **Check my listings for this skirt in black!**
