L.L. Bean Vintage Linen Blend Floral Cardigan

In VGUC, here is a floral, knit, cardigan sweater by L.L. Bean. No holes, tears or stains. Wee bit of pilling here and there, but in overall great condition. All 6 clear buttons are present/firmly affixed, and there is one extra button sewn inside. According to AI (grain of salt), labeling this sweater as 90s Vintage would be the most accurate, citing the fact that both Hong Kong & China are on the label, and the historic 1997 handover as offering a clue. However, I see the same label on the Vintage Fashion Guild's L.L. Bean label page marked as 1980s (though only 1 example without much sourcing), and I tend to trust them, so I'll let you come to your own conclusions on the era of this sweater/label.
