The wavy hems are the original edge design of the tablecloth. High-waisted, pleated in the front, and the back waist is elasticized. Pull on. These fit like a S, model is a US 6. Measurements below. Waist: 26" at rest, goes to 36" to pull on Rise: 13.5" Hip/bum: 41" Inseam: 8.75" Outseam: 21.5" (R4)
