Kokomo Glass? EAPG Blocked Star Pattern Biscuit Jar Vase Bowl Early American

Beautiful clear Early American Pressed glass bowl/vase/biscuit jar. I'm not positive on the make but my mother collected glass and I've included what she had written with this piece. I collect also and have had a hard time identifying this exact one. It resembles anchor hocking but is different than the patterns I own. Very heavy and in great condition.
