Naif short sleeve mini dress with navy blue and white stripes. V neck with a wrap front and a hidden safety snap to keep things secure. The short sleeves are loose with a bit of flutter to them. Elastic waist with a matching fabric belt. The skirt is a faux wrap, since the overlay is sewn shut, so no worries about anything coming undone. A ruffles follows the line of the faux wrap down to and around the hem, for a nice flare to the skirt. Soft and flowy 100% rayon fabric. Excellent condition.
