This heart rate monitor was only used a few times after I upgraded from the chest strap. It's an excellent condition and has been wiped down with alcohol. You would have to get it activated at the front desk get orangetheory. You can also use this with the orangetheory app to work out at home and see where your heart rate is Powering your device ON/OFF: Power On: Single press on the dome button over the Splat icon on the top of the unit. Power Off: Hold the dome button for 2 seconds. Auto Power Down: If no movement or heart rate detection for 5 minutes, it will automatically power down to save battery life. Device Placement Wear snugly around the bicep with the pod facing away from your body. Ensure the optical sensor on the underside is in direct contact with the skin. Avoid placing over tattoos to maintain heart rate accuracy. Connecting to the mobile app: Ensure the app is updated to version 5.0.0 or later. Fully charge your device and power it on. Enable Bluetooth on your phone. Open the Orangetheory mobile app. Tap OK if prompted to update Mobile App. Open the app’s Settings by tapping on the gear icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then tap Add Device. Select your device when it appears to complete the connection.
